The organ only sustained damage to it's pipes which fell down and had to be restored, this time with bracing which will support them in the event of further earthquakes. The organ is well known and respected by organ enthusiasts and we regularly have people who come to see and play it. The organ is played regularly during worship services. Ailsa HOWARD is our resident organist.
